The Story Behind Greys Consulting Group
From Military Service to Economic Empowerment
Dr. Ebony Grey is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, and the founder of Greys Consulting Group. After overcoming domestic violence and career uncertainty following her military transition, she rebuilt her life from the ground up earning federal leadership roles, becoming a certified coach, and helping others do the same.
Today, she uses over 25 years of experience in government service, workforce development, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship to help clients unlock opportunities through strategic coaching, business development, and federal contracting readiness.
